“Mick Harte Was Here” is a book about a kid who dies in a bike accident. If only he wore his bike helmet that day he would still be alive. It is a pretty sad story but at the same time it funny because Mick did a project on flies and one of the facts said “if a fly lands on your sandwich it vomits”. So Mick didn’t want a fly to come close to his food, and asked for a fly swatter for Christmas and all day he kept swatting flies. His sister, Phoebe, i loved mick very much. The book is really about Phoebe has to find out how to heal herself. I recommend this book to people who like sad and funny stories at the same time.
