Title: Flush
Author: Carl Hiaasen
Ages: 9+
Favorite Character: Noah Underwood

Would you feel disappointed if your dad went to jail??? Well that was the way Noah felt when his dad, Paine, went to jail. Noah tried to get him out of jail by looking for evidence that revealed that Paine didn’t sink Dusty Muleman’s boat. Then Paine broke out of jail on the day he was going to get realesed and was placed on house arrest for breaking out of jail. Shortly afterwards, Abbey (Noah’s sister) went missing and Noah, his mother and father all went looking for abbey and luckily, found her and went back home.

My favourite part of the book was how the characters worked together like a team in the characters attempts to prove that Dusty Muleman was poluting the water by throwing human wastes into the water.

I dislike the part when the interview was on because of how Noah’s mom was crying about Paine being in jail.

I recommend this book for people 9 years and older and people who like adventure books.

Review: Magic Tree House – Blizzard of the Blue Moon

Book: Blizzard of the Blue Moon (Magic Tree House, No. 36)
Author: Mary Pope Osborne
Ages: 7-11
Best For: Girls and Boys
Favorite Character: Annie

I chose this book because I like to solve their mysteries. The mystery in this book is they were trying to find a unicorn. I like when they were lost in Central Park because they found a merry-go-round and I love to go on merry-go-rounds.

My favorite part was when Jack and Annie found the unicorn and it was a statue. Another favorite part was when they were going on two trains, trying to get to the museum to find the unicorn. I could imagine me on going on a train like Jack and Annie.

There was a part that was sad because people didn’t have any money and could not afford food. Jack and Annie gave people a little bit of money. I think they are sweet, nice, and helpful.

Review: The Name of This Book is Secret

Book: The Name of this Book Is Secret
Author: Pseudonymous Bosch
Ages: 9-12
Best For: Girls and Boys
Favorite Character: Garth

First of all, I love the name of this book! Pseudonymous Bosch (If that is your real name) you are so creative! This book is about a mystery. The author cannot tell their real names, so their “fake names” are Max-Ernest and Cassandra. They find a house that has been killed in a fire that used to hold a magician. They investigate and find various strange things.

I definitely give this book 5 out of 5 stars, and I think anyone else that reads this book would too. I love this book so much.

Pseudonymous Bosch is such an amazing author. I hope you make more books! I am reading the sequel right now, so when I’m done I hope to write a review on it!
